Happy Carichenda Shela!

The Celebration of All That is Good!
The Cambodian Shela

For Shela 2005, my very first celebration was dedicated to the good things of Cambodia.  I knew next to nothing about Cambodia when I decided to celebrate it!  I explored Cambodian music, food, culture, and history.  I found in Cambodia a lifelong treasure!  I absolutely fell in love with the music, and I have continued listening to Cambodian music long after the 2-week period which I devoted to celebrating Cambodian culture.  What a great treasure I discovered there!  I am including here the recipes, links to music, and other cultural resources that I used in my own celebration of Cambodia.
